This project just got released!
You can also try a demo before dowloading.  This demo system is graciously hosted by sourceforge, so by nice and dont overload their databases.  To log in as a user just create yourself a user account.  You can also login as a demo technician with demotech and password demotech.  The administrator modules are not available in this demo, you will have to download the package to view the modules.
